Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, a continental breakfast is servered every  morning between 08.15 and 10.15 and is included  in the price.


Does the hostel provide linen or do I have to bring my own?

Yes, clean linen is provided, a deposit of 5€ is required at check-in which will be returned to you on your departure. We also rent towels and provide self-service washing machine facilities.


Is there internet access at the hostel?

Yes, internet access is available 24 hours a day at very  reasonable prices.

In LOS AMIGOS "SOL" there is also free Wi-Fi.


Will the hostel be open if I arrive late at night?

The hostel is open 24 hours a day, so there is always someone here to assist you.  Normal check-in time is 12 noon, but it is possible to check-in before or after this time.


Can I make a reservation with someone else's credit card?

As the first night of your stay is charged to the credit card the cardholder needs to be present in order to validate the transaction. However, with written permission from the cardholder it is possible to use someone elses credit card.


Can I make a reservation without a credit card or with a debit card?

We can't accept reservations without a credit card. In any case, you can call us the day of your arrival and, if we have beds available, our receptionist will take your reservation.

Are the dormitories mixed (both male and female guests)?

Most of our dorms are mixed. If you require a single sex dormitory, please let us know when booking.


How much notice do I have to give if I need to cancel my reservation?

48 hours notice is required for all alterations or cancellations in order to avoid any charges. Otherwise we will charge the price of the first night.
